Ladies Only Fitness is a full gym facility that includes over 16 pieces of Cardio Equipment, 6 Spin Bikes in our interactive Spin Room, lots of Free weights, squat racks, cables and of course our Full body Circuit that has 13 Machines you can perform over 17 exercises. It is even fully equipped with a timer light if you wanted to use the Machines as a circuit to get a quick full-body workout in! Our Studio space is where all our fitness classes are held along with our kickboxing classes!
