Bliss Float Centre offers Floatation Therapy , also known as Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy (REST) is a practice where you enter our float cabin, which is filled with approximately 10 inches of water heated to the perfect skin temperature and 1000 pounds of epson salts. The density of the water allows you to float effortlessly. With the door closed, the float cabin is dark and sound proof, offering the perfect environment to rest and rejuvenate for 90 minutes.
